Privacy Policy

Every tool on Easy Office Tools — PDF merging, image editing, resume building, invoice generation, OCR, and more — runs entirely inside your web browser using client-side JavaScript APIs.

When you upload a file, it is loaded directly into your browser's memory. It is never uploaded to any server, never transmitted over the internet, and never stored anywhere outside of your own device.

All of the following operations are performed exclusively within your browser session using standard Web APIs:

• PDF merging, splitting, and Word-to-PDF conversion via pdf-lib
• Image resizing, cropping, compression, and editing via the HTML5 Canvas API
• Optical character recognition (OCR) via Tesseract.js running locally
• Resume, invoice, and leave-letter generation via in-browser rendering
• DOCX file parsing via Mammoth.js running locally

When you close the browser tab or navigate away, all file data is discarded from memory automatically.

To deliver the application, we load a small number of static assets from trusted third-party CDNs. These requests may log your IP address as part of standard CDN access logging, subject to those providers' own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — for the Inter and Outfit typefaces
• jsDelivr CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — for the Lucide icon library and Tesseract.js
• unpkg CDN (unpkg.com) — for the pdf-lib library
• cdnjs / Cloudflare CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — for Mammoth.js and html2canvas
• Netlify — for hosting and delivering this website

None of these services receive your file contents. They only serve static JavaScript and font files required to run the application in your browser.

Easy Office Tools does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. The only browser storage we use is:

• localStorage — to remember your preferred color theme (light or dark mode) between visits. This value never leaves your browser.

No session tokens, advertising identifiers, or persistent user profiles are created or stored.

Easy Office Tools does not use any analytics, telemetry, or user-tracking software. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any similar service.

Netlify, our hosting provider, may collect aggregate, anonymized traffic statistics (such as page view counts) as part of its standard infrastructure. These statistics cannot be linked to individual users or sessions.

Easy Office Tools does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal data at all, our tools are inherently safe for users of all ages. If you have any concerns, please contact us using the details below.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Easy Office Tools after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
